One of my favorite falls in the area. Visit in Spring when the water is rushing, but any time of the year provides a great view of the falls. A visit in late summer means a chance to swim safely when the water is much slower. Winter is also quite beautiful here. There is plenty of room for a picnic, throwing a ball or frisbee around, and there is a playground for the kids.
Great campground beautiful scenery, though river is cold for swimming. Overall it is a nice quiet little campground to relax.
Enjoyed my visit here. Very peaceful. Nice trails to walk on. Icy cold river to dip the toes in.
Beautiful park with hiking trails, waterfalls, and even a little playground. There is a $3 fee which is kind of a pain to fill out the paperwork. Would be nice if just took donations. There are pit toilets. The water is chilly, but refreshing on a hot day. The trails are a bit challenging in that they are not very wide or flat, lots of rocks and roots in trail. There are campsites available for $10 per day, first come, first choice.
