Do NOT deal with Brian Van Oss. He spams local community web sites with his properties, breaking the rules of the sites. Who knows what rules he will break to get your business. Cheaters can't be trusted.
Just awful all around. Realtor showed up late and the house was absolutely disgusting. Water flooded the basement that had three children's beds in it. House was worse than the foreclosures I've seen. Completely unprofessional would never work with this company again or look at their listings. Waste of time and they lied about the home description.
