This place is so horribly unprofessional. I tried to sell my cabin here a few years ago and we watched numerous potential buyers walk because they didn t have the common sense to tell us the cabin needed some cleaning and yard work. Living three hours away it was hard for us to do this and they offered no help in finding a local landscaper or cleaning service. Terminated contract and sold the cabin in less than a month on Craigslist after a thorough cleaning.
