I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from them. I have had to return to their service department several times for them to fix things that should've been taken care of when they certified it. Service department fails to fix the problem the first time. I've gone there twice for every issue I've had.
It's getting hard to find service of this quality anymore. They truly "go the extra mile".

Worst experience ever with a dealership. Had them pick up my vehicle after sliding into a tree. They gave me a loaner, kudos there, then accused me of damaging it even tho a walk-around was never done on pickup or drop off of loaner. After insurance considered it a total loss, suddenly Frank Porth wanted to charge me over $450 for storage and misc charges. I should add that in discussions with the shop at Frank Porth, it was said I have significant frame damage, I bought the car back from insurance and drove it 20 miles home, straight as an arrow and with absolutely no mechanical issues. Good call guys! I will NEVER go there again or recommend them to anyone.
