Was looking for a dependable vehicle for my wife. Talked to Tim and the group at Northern automotive and tire and decided to, for the first time in my families auto purchasing history, to purchase other than a GM product. Tim set us up with a used Subaru Forester at a fair price, as well as a dependable and mechanically sound vehicle. Needless to say, when it comes time for a used, dependable vehicle for my son, I will definitely talk to Tim and the group at Northern Automotive.
I bought a used car from Northern automotive and had a minor problem. Tim and the staff took care of the issue in a more then satisfactory manor. They really care about their customers and customer satisfaction.
I gave a rating of 5 stars because of the service and attention to details relating to my needs, Tim listened patiently and explained in detail why he made the recommendations relating to automobile and tire type.
We purchased the vehicle in July, as we approached fall and winter, i reached out to Tim once again for guidance and direction on winter snow tires. Tim hooked us up with BF Goodrich Winter Slaloms, which were the first snow specific tires I have ever purchased. My wife and I LOVE them and would never run the Subaru without them again.
